Victorian 6204 - Endless Waves Description

Victorian 6204-Endless Waves is a 1/1 condo that will accommodate up to 6 guests.  This property is located on the world-famous Seawall and this particular condominium is recently renovated and has some of the best views offered at this complex.  The condo has a nice balcony with views of both the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will enjoy the updated kitchen, sitting on the balcony and watching while enjoying a nice cup of morning brew or an evening adult beverage.  The newly restored Babe's Beach is just across Seawall Boulevard.  Guests who enjoy all types of activities will love staying at The Victorian where they have access to a workout room, tennis court, barbeque and picnic area as well as two swimming pools.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and access to the lavatory as well as a 32" TV.  The alcove area has a set of twin bunks that are the built-in - perfect size for children or small adults. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa for a total of 6. Guests enjoy a lovely balcony area perfect for watching the early morning sunrise or to relax with a glass of wine after a long day at the beach.  If you have small children, this could be the perfect unit for you as the owner has provided a pack-n-play and a booster seat.

This first-floor unit (elevator accessible) features an open concept living/dining/kitchen area.  The living area has a large 40" flatscreen television, cable TV and wifi for your convenience.  The bedroom also has a 19" flatscreen TV if you want to slip away for some privacy.

 

THE VICTORIAN

The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

 

GULF COAST CONCIERGE

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival. The Victorian requires an additional resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, guest pool bands for up to 8 guests, fitness center and hot tub gate codes. If there are 9 guests, please be aware The Victorian does require an additional $10 for the additional pool band. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.

Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV’s; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet and cable signal quality. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet or cable signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rental require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
