Victorian 3103-Barefeet Retreat Description

Victorian 3103-Barefeet Retreat is a beautiful condominium located on the world-famous Seawall at Babe's Beach! The charming property is the perfect little island get-a-way for couples and small families who want something with a beach view and a swimming pool! Guests will enjoy both a view of the Paradise Cove swimming pool and the beach from this oversize balcony.

Guests may want to dine alfresco on this patio at the table and chairs or just enjoy all the sights and sounds of the beach nearby. The kitchenette in this property is equipped with all the cooking essentials including a 2 burner stovetop (no oven) with pots and pans, toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. Barefeet Retreat is perfect for cooking breakfast and lunch while enjoying meals out in the evening!

The primary bedroom area is furnished with a queen-size bed, TV and newly renovated closet shelving, while the living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed in the alcove, it has smart T.V's throughout and has a total sleeping capacity of 5.

 

THE VICTORIAN

The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival. The Victorian requires an additional resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, guest pool bands for up to 8 guests, fitness center and hot tub gate codes. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure. Please contact Ryson if you have any questions.

Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better "limited mobility friendly" accessible unit).

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

 

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
