Vacay Vibes Description

Vacay Vibes from the moment you arrive at this charming bayside home on Galveston's West End. This home has a very large deck on the beachside of the home so guests will be able to catch those summer breezes and catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main level of this home offers an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, a flat-screen TV, a loveseat and two full-size couches in the living area. The homeowner has outfitted this home for the comfort of all of our guests.

The kitchen includes a dining area with deck access and offers a pass-through window to the living area. Granite countertops with beautiful natural wood cabinets and stainless appliances give an updated look to this beach home. Guests may prepare all kinds of snacks and meals in the large fully outfitted kitchen - this kitchen has everything you can think of - and more!  Make a buffet and serve on the island, or sit at the dining table and have a relaxing meal with the family.

Vacay Vibes is a large four-bedroom home and has two full baths. There are two bedrooms on the upper level (the primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath with a step-in shower), the second bedroom on the upper level also features a king-size bed - shares the primary bathroom or the bath on the first level. The first level of the home also features two bedrooms - one with a queen-size bed and walk-out balcony - perfect for an early morning cup of coffee. The fourth bedroom is also located on the main level of the home and features a twin/twin bunk plus a twin/queen bunk (room sleeps 5).

This charming home also features an outdoor shower for rinsing off when you leave the beach, and a washer and dryer are located on the main level of the home.

 

TERRAMAR BEACH

Terramar Beach is a short but scenic 20-mile drive to most of the island's attractions, restaurants, shopping and historical sites and offers a community boat ramp, fishing pier and pavilion. Guests may wish to rent a golf cart to take a drive to the beach in Terramar, cruise the bayside community, the Terramar Beach community amenities or the community of Sea Isle's restaurant and bar. Please speak with a Ryson Vacation Planner for additional details regarding access to the boat ramp or pool access.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and our security patrol organization GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers). Maximum occupancy should never be exceeded at any given time during the stay, and outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home.

The elevator/cargo lift is not for guest use.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
