Shooting Star Description

Shooting Star is a 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home that sleeps 12 in Sea Isle. The location of this 3b/2b home is located within walking distance of the Marina in Sea Isle, the boat launch, pool, tennis courts and right across the street from the neighborhood park.

This beautiful home has been meticulously maintained. The large kitchen joins the family room and dining area so that entertaining is all in one area. The kitchen area has all of the necessities to prepare meals and enjoy your vacation rental. Included are a large refrigerator, dishwasher, loads of counter space for food preparation, dishes, pots/pans, and dishes for serving your creations from the sea! The living area features a 50" flat screen, smart TV, with cable TV and wifi for the convenience of the guests.

The sleeping accommodations for Shooting Star are as follows: The main level of the home has two bedrooms with a large guest bath and utility room including a washer/dryer. The first bedroom on the main floor includes a queen bed and 50" television. The second bedroom (also located on the main floor of the home) has a full over full bunk plus another full-size bed (room sleeps 6) along with a 32" flat-screen TV. Upstairs on the second level is the large primary bedroom has a king-size bed, private balcony overlooking the Sea Isle community park, a large en suite bath with a double vanity and large primary closet. The primary bedroom also has a 50" television. The living area of the home has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This home has 4 televisions - one in the living area and one in each bedroom - everyone can watch what they want!

The ground level of the home features a full bath with a step-in shower, so guests don't have to walk upstairs while they are enjoying the shady underside of Shooting Star. Kids can play across the street at the playground, or take a very short walk to the Marina and pool area.

 

COMMUNITY OF SEA ISLE

Sea Isle Galveston is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End and offers a public beach, community swimming pool, marina, bait shop, fishing, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and bar. (Please review your home's listing or contact Ryson with any questions regarding specific community amenity access.) Sea Isle is highly sought after by families who love to fish and cruise the island in golf carts. If you have your own golf cart, be sure to bring it. You’ll be glad you did! If not, Ryson’s in-house Gulf Coast Concierge service would love to help you arrange a golf cart rental for your stay in Sea Isle.

Pool passes are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. All Ryson properties are non-smoking.

This home is pet-friendly - one/two dogs are allowed up to 30 pounds($100 pet fee per pet). All pets must be registered, and pet fee must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs.

Please don't drop the AC thermostat below 70 degrees.  If the thermostat is dropped below 69 degrees there will be a charge of $50.00 to the guest credit card on file. This thermostat is monitored by the owner.

It is recommended to review Ryson's Packing List when planning your vacation. If there are any questions, please contact us.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival.

Sea Isle community fishing pier and boat launch are not available for guest use.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals.

Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home.

Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV’s; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet and cable signal quality. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet or cable signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.
