The Victorian Condominiums are located right on Seawall, between 63rd Street and Central City Boulevard, directly across the street from Babe’s Beach. Guests could easily park their vehicle upon arrival and never drive again until check-out.
The Victorian offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, lighted tennis court and 24-hour fitness center.
All units at The Victorian offer a private balcony, most have a Gulf view or are poolside, and front-facing units offer unobstructed Gulf views! The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. Ask a Ryson Vacation Planner to find a unit with the view of your choice.
All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. Many local Galveston restaurants offer delivery, but if you don’t find what you’re looking for that way, check out Waitr, UberEats, DoorDash or ezCater (restaurant options and menus available online).
Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach. The Victorian is walking distance to Walmart, McDonald’s, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, Sonic, Golden Corral, Happy Buddha, Waffle House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Frios Gourmet Pops & Island Froyo, Rita’s Italian Ice, Seawall Souvenirs, Popeye’s Chicken, Peking Buffet, Exon Mobile Convenience Store, Babe’s Beach and the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard.
For those who love saltwater fishing, head over to the longest fishing pier in Texas, Galveston Fishing Pier – open 24 hours a day. With your Ryson reservation, guests have the option of a free attraction ticket every single day of their stay, and Galveston Fishing Pier is one the free ticket options. If all of that is not enough, after a hot day in the sun, The Victorian is just a short drive or long walk to cool off at Galveston’s Premiere 11 movie theater.
The Victorian requires a $30 resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, fitness center and hot tub gate codes and guest pool bands of up to 6 for two-bedrooms rentals and 8 for three-bedroom rentals. The Victorian does require an additional $10 for additional pool bands over the allotted amount. Guest should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure, and The Victorian will replace lost pool bands, but does require an additional $10 payment for each lost pool band.
Many Victorian condos have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway entrance area, and these sleeping spaces are typically only recommended to accommodate a child or small adult (beds measure 24″ wide by 72″ long).
