Casa del Mar Condos  are located right on Seawall, at the corner of 61st Street. It doesn’t get any better than this, as far as location goes! Guests could easily park their vehicle upon arrival and never drive again until check-out day.

Casa del Mar offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

All units at the Casa del Mar offer a private balcony with a Gulf view, and many units are pool-side or front-facing with unobstructed Gulf views! A Casa del Mar balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. Many local Galveston restaurants offer delivery, but if you don’t find what you’re looking for directly, check out Waitr, UberEats, DoorDash or ezCater (restaurant options and menus available online). Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay an HOA Parking Registration Fee of $30 + 8.25% tax. This fee is paid directly to the Casa del Mar HOA at their front desk after check-in, and this must be paid with a debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted). Boats, trailers, recreational and over-sized vehicles are not allowed to be parked at Casa del Mar. HOA Parking Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservation of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.

Many Casa del Mar condos have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway entrance area, and these sleeping spaces are typically only recommended to accommodate a child or small adult (beds measure 24″ wide by 72″ long). Casa del Mar units may sleep up to four adults and 2 children.

Casa del Mar does not allow pets.

Things to Do when Staying at Casa del Mar

Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach. Casa del Mar is walking distance to Walmart, McDonald’s, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, Sonic, Golden Corral, Happy Budda, Waffle House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Frios Gourmet Pops & Island Froyo, Rita’s Italian Ice, Seawall Souvenirs, Popeye’s Chicken, Peking Buffet, Exon Mobile Convenience Store, Babe’s Beach and the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard.

Babe’s Beach, complete with lifeguards and chair and umbrella rentals, is directly across the street from Casa del Mar Condos!

For those who love saltwater fishing, head over to Galveston’s 61st Street Fishing Pier  that is open 24 hours a day!

If all of that is not enough, after a hot day in the sun, Casa del Mar is just a short drive or long walk to cool off at Galveston’s Premiere 11 movie theater.
