Sea Isle Surprise Description

The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is furnished with vacation rental guests in mind. The fully outfitted kitchen has enough dishes, cookware and tools for those who enjoy cooking.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, television and en suite bath with large step-in shower (no tub in primary). The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle (rooms sleeps 4). The owner has also added two twin-size roll-away beds to be placed where guests may use them in the large living area or beside mom and dad in the primary bedroom.

On the ground level is a fully fenced yard, fire pit, charcoal grill, and the home is just a short walk or golf cart ride across the street to access the beach.

 

 

Community of Sea Isle

Sea Isle Galveston is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End and offers a public beach, community swimming pool, marina, bait shop, fishing, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and bar. (Please review your home's listing or contact Ryson with any questions regarding specific community amenity access.) Sea Isle is highly sought after by families who love to fish and cruise the island in golf carts. If you have your own golf cart, be sure to bring it. You’ll be glad you did! If not, Ryson’s in-house Gulf Coast Concierge service would love to help you arrange a golf cart rental for your stay in Sea Isle.

Pool passes are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance. Please review Ryson's Sea Isle community page for additional details, fees and limitations regarding amenities.

Home is pet-friendly - one/two dogs allowed up to 40 pounds ($100 pet fee per pet). All pets must be registered, and pet fee must be paid upfront.

Cable television, if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV’s, and we’re unable to guarantee internet, cable or phone services or signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.
