Maravilla 302-What a View! Description

ATTENTION: Private balconies are currently unavailable, and although the hot tub, Beach Entry Pool & East Pool will remain open, the Maravilla Resort Pool will be closed due to the construction maintenance of building C effective November 1, 2021 for an undetermined length of time.

The Maravilla 302 - What a View! is a front-facing unit, and as the name suggests, it offers the best views possible! Soon as guests enter - there's no denying the amazing view, immediately from the front door, through the entire home.

This home offers an open concept living and kitchen area, with a private balcony, accessible from the living area and primary bedroom. The living area also offers a 55" TV, with cable television and WiFi. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking - dishes, cookware and anything needed to prepare a large meal or a light lunch are available to guests.

The primary bedroom also has a queen bed (2), a second 55" TV, and features an en suite bath with a walk-in shower, and the second bedroom offers a full-size bed and a third 55" TV.  The living area offers a queen sofa sleeper and the hall area alcove features one twin bed. This makes for sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests.

 

MARAVILLA RESORT

Maravilla Resort amenities include 3 pools (1 is heated in the winter months), hot tub, fitness center, covered parking, coin-operated laundry is located on every floor, grills, lounge chairs, cabanas, twister, volleyball, corn-hole, hopscotch, ping pong and pool floats.

Maravilla Resort condos make the most of the views. All condos offer a private balcony and many offer Gulf Views or pool-side units offer courtyard views. Guests will love to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead.

Maravilla Resort is located directly on Seawall, half a mile past 89th Street, towards the West End of the island, just before the Seawall, the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, ends, and that is just the beginning all the excitement near this family-friendly complex.

This home is pet-friendly - one small dog (less than 25 pounds) may be considered($100 pet fee per pet). All pets must be registered, and pet fee must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs.

Parking at Maravilla is unassigned, with two covered spaces per unit. Parking fee is $10 per vehicle per day (2 vehicles max). Carpooling is highly recommended. Please contact Ryson if you have any questions.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
