Isle 'N Time Description

Isle 'N Time is a cozy bayside beach house on stilts and located in Galveston's popular West End neighborhood of Sea Isle. This home offers a large deck, overlooking the fully fenced backyard, which includes a children's playset and mature palm trees.

The interior of this home is meticulously decorated with a light, bright and airy beach theme throughout, and for those hot and humid summers on the island, Isle 'N Time offers multiple split AC units, plus a portable. The living/dining/kitchen are open-concept. The living area has a sleeper sofa, a couple of single sitting chairs, flatscreen TV and a ceiling fan. The kitchen provides a full-size refrigerator, four-burner stovetop and a countertop convection oven (large enough to fit a full-size pizza or small turkey).

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed (sleeps 2), ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, an ensuite bath with a step-in shower (no tub) and deck access. The walk-through bunkroom offers a full over single, plus a trundle bed (sleeps 4) leads into the primary bedroom. The third bedroom has a full-size bed (sleeps 2) and a flatscreen TV. The living area also offers a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and the guest bath also has a step-in shower (no tub).

The ground level features a propane firepit (tank may be refilled at nearby marina store if guests would like to use), an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), washer and dryer and a third toilet for the convenience of the guests.

Bring your fishing gear and your boat - Sea Isle community fishing pier and the boat launch are available for guest use.

 

SEA ISLE NEIGHBORHOOD

Sea Isle Galveston is a family-friendly neighborhood, located on Galveston’s West End and offers a public beach, community swimming pool, marina, bait shop, fishing, playground, tennis courts, a convenience store, restaurant and bar. (Please review your home's listing or contact Ryson with any questions regarding specific community amenity access.) Sea Isle is highly sought after by families who love to fish and cruise the island in golf carts. If you have your own golf cart, be sure to bring it. You’ll be glad you did! If not, Ryson’s in-house Gulf Coast Concierge service would love to help you arrange a golf cart rental for your stay in Sea Isle.

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.

This home is pet-friendly - one/two dogs may be considered, up to 40 pounds, non-aggressive breeds only ($100 pet fee per pet). All pets must be registered, and pet fee must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and our security patrol organization GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers). Maximum occupancy should never be exceeded at any given time during the stay.

Sea Isle pool passes are $100 per reservation and must be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA Monday – Friday until 5 pm only. Pool passes are not sold after hours or weekends. Please call the Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to reserve your pool pass in advance. Please review Ryson's Sea Isle community page for additional details, fees and limitations regarding amenities.

Bring your fishing gear and your boat - Sea Isle community fishing pier and the boat launch are available for guest use. Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the guest and a fee will be assessed if lost or stolen.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

 

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
