Galvestonian 608-Beachfront Glam! Description

This is a beachfront condominium with views as far as the eye can see!  If you want to be in a luxurious property that is located on the beachfront of Galveston's famous East Beach, this is the place for you - Galvestonian 608-Beachfront Glam!  This is a full one-bedroom one-bath condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests.  The full-size kitchen features a peninsula with four stools where you can visit the chef or pitch in and prepare meals - or just take your coffee out to the balcony and watch as the cruise ships pull into and out of the Port of Galveston.

The Galvestonian 608 property features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area where guests are treated to a full view of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and enjoy!  Guests may use the facilities offered at The Galvestonian including the pool, the tennis courts or if you prefer, relax in the grand lobby or walk over the dune walkover to the beachfront.  The Galvestonian 608-Beachfront Glam features a primary bedroom with king-size bed and a separate desk area (if you must work!)  The primary bath features a step-in shower (no tub).  The primary bedroom has a television and room on the desk for your electronic devices

 

THE GALVESTONIAN RESORT

The Galvestonian Resort is family-friendly and offers a year-round heated pool, pool towels, a fitness center, beach volleyball, 2 tennis courts, vending area in the common area, washer/dryer (coin-operated) available in the common area (not in unit).

The Galvestonian is located on the East Beaches (some say the prettiest beaches in Galveston). Guests will have direct access to the beach from The Galvestonian, and the beach out front is groomed daily. Guests may rent umbrellas and chairs from the front desk, and beach wagons are free but are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Galvestonian is close to all of the activities that Galveston has to offer, including the Downtown Strand District, close to the Port of Galveston, restaurants, shopping, bicycling and so much more that the island has to offer!

Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Please contact Ryson if you have any questions.

Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better "limited mobility friendly" accessible unit).

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

 

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
