Emerald 703-Harbor Lights Description

Emerald 703-Harbor Lights offers spetactular views of the Galveston Harbor, right from the private balcony. Watch as vessels pass into The Galveston Ship Channel - cruise ships, passenger vessels and commercial vessels. Guests will be able to view all of the lights in historic Galveston as well and enjoy the view of the harborside.

Emerald 703-Harbor Lights offers a spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen area that is the perfect setting for a small family or two couples to relax. The large kitchen has up-to-date stainless appliances, a washer and dryer in the utility room, and abundant storage space for all of the kitchen tools provided. Enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine from the walk-out balcony. The living area features a large 65" flat screen television, cable TV and WiFi for the convenience of our guests.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, 27" flat-screen TV with DVD player and en suite bath with step-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and access to hall bath which features a tub only (no shower), and for the convenience of the guests another 1/2 bath is located in the common area hallway. The living area also features a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Emerald by the Sea is a 14-story resort community, located directly on Seawall at Broadway, in the heart of the East End of Galveston Island, and offers breathtaking panoramic Gulf views and jaw-dropping sunsets. Most homes at the Emerald offer private Gulf-facing balconies, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. The Emerald offers so many amenities, you may never need to leave; including a 6th-floor terrace with a 166′ heated infinity rooftop pool, fitness center, game room, movie theater, wine room for private parties, several lounge areas and a parking garage.

Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Please contact Ryson if you have any questions.

Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

 

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
