Dawn 614-Turtle Reef Description

The Dawn 614-Turtle Reef is so charming - this large one bedroom, one bath condo is on the very front of the complex with a full, unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enter into this first-floor property which is a very large one-bedroom condominium. The living area features a large flat-screen television, and wifi for the convenience of our guests.

The patio at Turtle Reef has chairs for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while watching as shrimp boats go out past the second sand bar for the morning catch.

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The primary bedroom has a king-size bed (the king bed is two twins combined) and a very large walk-in closet. The closet has a twin bed-available to be used by guests, but not part of the headcount. If you like pull the twin bed to the living area or the large primary bedroom. The primary bath is a very large bath that will easily accommodate 4 guests.

The Dawn Community

The Dawn Galveston is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, The Dawn Condominiums can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds. The Dawn Condominiums feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking.

All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, and front-facing units offer unobstructed Gulf views! The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV’s; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet and cable signal quality. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet or cable signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival.

All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a $35 parking fee per vehicle (two max). The Dawn does not allow boats, RV’s or trailers to be parked on-premises. The Dawn requires this fee be paid directly to The Dawn HOA at their front office upon arrival.

When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.

Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. A Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to go over the location and access of specific units.

This home may be available for a long term rental - Corporate Rental or Winter Texan. Long-term stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day, based on availability. Long-term stays require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15% (6% city and 9% state)! Long term reservations are not able to be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to answer any questions you may have!
