Casa Del Mar 217-Little Pearl Description

This breezy ocean view condo provides the perfect place for your next vacation. This property has an open concept living/dining/kitchenette area. The kitchenette features a full oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave and enough cooking tools for 6 guests.  The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and small flat-screen television. The living area features a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and junior size twin bunks are built into the alcove of the property. The twin bunks are sized perfectly for children.

 

CASA DEL MAR CONDOS

Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. This fee is paid directly to the Casa del Mar HOA and must be paid with a debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted). Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.

Many Casa del Mar condos have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway entrance area, and these sleeping spaces are typically only recommended to accommodate a child or small adult (beds measure 24" wide by 72" long). Casa del Mar units may sleep up to four adults and 2 children.
