Casa Del Mar 103-Seagull Crossing Description

The Casa Del Mar 103-Seagull Crossing provides the most expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico - look to the east and see as far as the Pleasure Pier, look to the West and see as far as the end of the Seawall!  From the balcony of this front facing unit guests will enjoy a spectacular morning sunrise while watching the shrimping boats, freighters and tankers as they line up to enter the Port of Galveston.

Once inside Casa Del Mar 103-Seagull Crossing, all guests will have ample room to relax, cook a light meal, and take an afternoon nap. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is updated and modern - guests can eat at the table or pull up to the countertop.  The primary bedroom features a queen bed and television, the alcove area has junior size twin bunks built in, and the living area has a queen size sleeper sofa.  The kitchen has been appointed with anything guests may need to serve a lovely meal.

Casa del Mar Galveston offer two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Casa del Mar is located directly on Seawall at the corner of 61st Street. It doesn’t get any better than this, as far as location goes! Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach. Casa del Mar is walking distance to Walmart, McDonald’s, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, Sonic, Golden Coral, Happy Buddha, Waffle House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Frios Gourmet Pops & Island Froyo, Rita’s Italian Ice, Seawall Souvenirs, Popeye’s Chicken, Peking Buffet, Exxon Mobile Convenience Store, Babe’s Beach and the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard.

Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee of $20 + 8.25% tax ($21.65). This fee is paid directly to the Casa del Mar HOA and must be paid with a debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted). Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservation of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.

Many Casa del Mar condos have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway entrance area, and these sleeping spaces are typically only recommended to accommodate a child or small adult (beds measure 24" wide by 72" long). Casa del Mar units may sleep up to four adults and 2 children.
