Casa Del Mar 102-Beach N Time is a 1/1 condo will a full front view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located next door to the Casa Del Mar 103-Sea Gull Crossing, these side-by-side condos are both located on the first floor of the complex and together will accommodate as many as 6 each. The sliding glass door offers a full gulf view from the open concept living/kitchen area. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, small dining table, and kitchenette with apartment size refrigerator, small oven and cooking/eating utensils for six. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and television for the convenience of the guests. The primary bedroom is also attached to the bath with tub/shower combination. This condominium is a perfect getaway for a week at the beach!

 

CASA DEL MAR CONDOS

Casa del Mar Galveston offers two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin-operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee. This fee is paid directly to the Casa del Mar HOA and must be paid with a debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted). Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservations of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.

Many Casa del Mar condos have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway entrance area, and these sleeping spaces are typically only recommended to accommodate a child or small adult (beds measure 24" wide by 72" long). Casa del Mar units may sleep up to four adults and 2 children.
