Casa Del Mar 253-Sun of a Beach Description

Casa Del Mar 253-Sun of a Beach is a front-facing 1/1 condo that faces the Gulf of Mexico - a full, unobstructed view from this beautiful second floor condo.  Guests may enjoy watching the sunrise with a morning cup of coffee and watch as the family walks over to the beach.  Casa Del Mar 253 was just renovated in 2020 - it's ready for the discerning guest.  The condo will accommodate up to 5 guests, 4 Adults maximum.  

This condominium has been recently updated and guests will feel right at home in this cozy condo.  The kitchenette is perfect for preparing small meals for the family while enjoying all that Casa Del Mar has to offer.  The living area features a queen size sleeper sofa, the alcove has one twin bed and the primary bedroom has a queen bed and television.  The restroom features a step in shower (no tub) for ease of use.

Casa del Mar Galveston Condos offer two swimming pools; one of the pools is heated during the winter months. Casa del Mar also offers a community grilling area, onsite coin operated laundry on first and third floors, vending and ice machines on the second floor and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort grounds.

Casa del Mar is located directly on Seawall at the corner of 61st Street. It doesn’t get any better than this, as far as location goes! Walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, fishing and the beach. Casa del Mar is walking distance to Walmart, McDonald’s, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, Sonic, Golden Coral, Happy Buddha, Waffle House, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, Frios Gourmet Pops & Island Froyo, Rita’s Italian Ice, Seawall Souvenirs, Popeye’s Chicken, Peking Buffet, Exxon Mobile Convenience Store, Babe’s Beach and the world’s longest continuous sidewalk, Seawall Boulevard.
Casa del Mar reservations require guests to pay a Parking/Registration Fee of $20 + 8.25% tax ($21.65). This fee is paid directly to the Casa del Mar HOA and must be paid with a debit or credit card (cash will not be accepted). Parking/Registration Fee is for up to two vehicles and the term is up to 30 days. Guests with reservation of 30+ days will need to purchase an additional permit after 30 days.

Many Casa del Mar condos have a bunk bed or bed in the hallway entrance area, and these sleeping spaces are typically only recommended to accommodate a child or small adult (beds measure 24" wide by 72" long). This Casa del Mar unit may sleep up to four adults and 1 child.

This home may be available for a Winter Texan stay or long term rental. Ryson Vacation Rentals long-term stays require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15% (6% city and 9% state)! Although most long-term reservations take place from the middle of November through February, long-term stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Long term reservations are not able to be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you place your Winter Texan reservation!
