Seaside Paradise offers ocean views from all three levels and every room of the Beachtown townhome. Guests will enjoy the luxury finishes and recently renovated aspects of this home along with the private elevator to all levels of this home!

The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, an extra-large island with seating and an open concept dining area where guests will be comfortable preparing meals and dining together. After a fantastic day at the beach or exploring the historic aspects of Galveston Island, guests may want to take advantage of the electric grill while dining al fresco on the main patio or gather the entire group around the oversized dining table.

This home offers luxury upgrades including Bluetooth surround system, free wifi and cable, Tvs have the streaming capability (need your login/password), electric fireplace, work station with dual monitors, keyboard and mouse with a roomy desk and comfortable office chair, 2 Pack & Palys, elevator, garage parking for 2 vehicles.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV and ceiling fan along with en suite bath with a separate soaking tub and step-in shower, dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a television. The third bedroom is a bunk room outfitted with two sets of twin bunks (room sleeps 4) and the fourth sleeping area is in the third-floor loft with a queen-size bed and walk-out balcony with beach views!

The property garage accommodates up to two vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended.

Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.

Please be advised, some properties may not provide access and/or some HOA's may not allow access to all community amenities. Beachtown's community pool is only available to residents.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provides valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
