Beachfront Oasis Description

Beachfront Oasis is just past Galveston Island's popular, Jamaica Beach neighborhood, and sits beachfront, on a rare, nearly full acre lot, just off Termini-San Luis Pass and directly on 16 Mile Road, which offers direct beach access. This vacation home also offers a private dune crossover to access the beach. Bing your golf cart or rent one, and check out the popular West End. Otherwise, a wagon works just as well from Beachfront Oasis when it comes to families carrying kids and beach gear. Beachfront Oasis has a fantastic unobstructed view of the beach, green space, and The Gulf of Mexico.

Beachfront Oasis is a tastefully decorated home with bright beach colors and accents. It has plenty of room for sunning, dining, relaxing or even practicing Yoga. The main level of the home features a huge open floor plan including the kitchen/dining and living areas - all of which offer an unobstructed view of the beach and water! The living room suite has three sofas with a queen sofa bed and chairs for extra seating. Complete with a 65" flat-screen TV and DVD, with dual patio door access to the spacious deck.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher and sink, cooktop, Keurig Coffee Maker (bring your own pods), 12-cup coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. It's overstocked with cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, and a wide range of small appliances. The dining area has seating for eight at the table, four at the kitchen counter, with an exterior dining table and chairs to suit all guests.

Beachfront Oasis comes equipped with comfortable deck furniture including a round dining table. Under the home is a large picnic area and deck with 3 picnic tables and beautiful beach views, also a charcoal grill is available for guest use. The yard is surrounded by luscious palm trees and plenty of room for the kids to play. When returning from the beach, guests are encouraged to use the outdoor shower area to rinse of beach sand - equipped with hot/cold water and a soap dispenser.

Beachfront Oasis is conveniently located in Gulf Palms, away from the crowds yet close enough to all of the fun that Galveston has to offer

 

SLEEPING

MAIN-LEVEL SLEEPING: The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fan, HD TV, cable and DVD player. It has a gorgeous unobstructed view of the beach. Inside the closet, you will find extra blankets, an iron and ironing board and a luggage rack. The primary en suite bathroom has a huge jetted tub, walk shower, high-quality towels and hairdryer.

The second bedroom is also located on the Main Level and is equipped with a twin/full bunk bed and a queen/queen bunk bed (room sleeps 7). It has a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and sliding door access to the deck. It also has access to the spacious second bathroom that has a combination tub/shower, sink and toilet, high-quality bath towels and a hairdryer.

Enjoy the comfortable memory foam mattresses with the luxury hotel grade sheets, and the laundry is located on the main level of the home.

UPPER-LEVEL SLEEPING: There are two more bedrooms located on the second floor and they share a bath. Bedroom 3 has a twin/full bunk and a queen/queen bunk (rooms sleeps 7). Bedroom 4 has two sets of twin bunks (rooms sleeps 4), and a ceiling fan. The third bathroom is located on the upper level of the home and features a second jetted tub.

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom MAY be permitted at this home. However, ALL events MUST be disclosed in ADVANCE. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals and our security patrol organization GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers). Maximum occupancy should never be exceeded at any given time during the stay.

We ask everyone to use the private dune walkover when accessing the beach. Not only is it illegal to walk/park on dunes, using utilizing the beach walk-over will protect the dunes and maintain the integrity of the beach.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide s valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
