This is a very special beachfront home in the Pointe West Subdivision. Perfect for medium size family gatherings with more than enough outdoor seating on the wrap-around porch. The home features two primary bedrooms - one with king bed (sleeps 2), the other with queen bed (sleeps 2) and this primary with the queen bed has a beach view. Each primary has a private bath with a soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The fourth bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and fifth bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk beds (sleeps 2). Living area has queen sleeper sofa (new 2017). The open concept living area features full beach views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with a dishwasher, ice maker, and all the extras that a kitchen of this caliber would have. This home features hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite countertops and top-of-the-line everything!
 

POINTE WEST

Pointe West Galveston has quickly become one of Galveston Island’s favorite retreats! The 1000 acre property is located on the last three miles of the West End of the island. Pointe West has something for everyone and offers private vacation rental homes, cottages and condos, and just because you are not staying in a condo at the resort does not mean you will not have access to resort amenities. All vacation rentals in the Pointe West neighborhood offer access to the Point West amenities.

The Pointe West Beach Club offers numerous amenities; infinity pool, children’s pool, lazy river, fitness center, bar, restaurant, gift shop, game room, gas grills and cabanas are available to rent on the beachfront, and the Pointe West Sunset Pool with lazy river, shallow area for the little ones, hot tub, fire-pit and more grills are located on the bayside.

Over a mile of private, vehicle-free beach for your enjoyment. Highly maintained, and our beaches are among the cleanest and most inviting on the Texas coast. Bring your beach towels, sunscreen and smiles for a wonderful day on the beach!

 

GULF COAST CONCIERGE

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Most houses allow up to four vehicles to be parked at the property, but some properties may not be able to accommodate this maximum. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune.

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival. To access amenities guests should check-in at the Pointe West Beach Club front desk from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm to provide ID and pay the access fee to obtain wristbands and an access code card. Pointe West HOA limits the number of wristbands to three per bedroom. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Pointe West Beach Club and are not included in rental rates paid by the guest to Ryson. The use of the beach club and amenities are optional and to verify current amenity limitations, please contact Pointe West Beach Club directly.

Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV’s; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet and cable signal quality. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet or cable signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.
