Victorian 6208- BC's Beach Condo Description

BC's Beach Condo-Victorian 6208. Come enjoy Galveston's views of the Gulf and convenience to everything from restaurants, water parks, Strand District, Pleasure Pier and if that's not enough just stay at the condo and go relax at the Waterfall Lagoon pool just a few steps outside.... sure to have a BLAST at BC's Beach Condo! Sleeping 6 this condo has a queen bed in the primary, alcove twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, two-burner stovetop (no oven) and a dishwasher.  If you want to cruise the Seawall just walk a few steps across the street and you're ready for sun, exercise and lots of stretch with the sidewalk. When you get hot just jump into the gulf anywhere along the way!

 

THE VICTORIAN

The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

 

GULF COAST CONCIERGE

Ryson partners exclusively with Gulf Coast Concierge to make your time on the island unforgettable! Gulf Coast Concierge understands it's the little things that count. Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. Gulf Coast Concierge also offers fishing charters, photo sessions, and a variety of in-home services. If you can dream it, we will do our best to make it happen!

Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. When permitted by the community to collect and pay those fees in advance, we included them in the pricing and quotes. However, some communities require these fees be paid at the complex upon arrival. The Victorian requires an additional resort fee for all reservations, good for up to two weeks. Guests pay the resort fee directly to The Victorian HOA at their front office upon arrival. The resort fee covers up to two vehicles, guest pool bands for up to 8 guests, fitness center and hot tub gate codes. If there are 9 guests, please be aware The Victorian does require an additional $10 for the additional pool band. Guests should return pool bands to The Victorian front office prior to departure.

Cable television, even if listed as an amenity, may not be available on all TV’s; oftentimes additional TV's are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet and cable signal quality. Ryson is unable to guarantee internet or cable signal quality, even if listed as a provided amenity.

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rental require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
