Renters Feedback
Last month our 3 granddaughters who live in Chicago came to visit us in Kingwood, TX. Since the kids, ages 5 and 3 year old twins, had never been to a beach before, we decided to take them to Galveston. We were delighted with the accomodations. Our 2 grandsons, ages 13 and 10, slept on the large comfortable sofas. The upstairs deck was our favorite place to gather at the end of the day. Our granddaughters were delighted to see the Pelicans fly directly over our heads each evening. It was so easy for them to go back and forth from the house to the beach to build their sand castles and play in the waves. This home does have easy direct access to the beach. The location was quiet and very private for us. I was a bit apprehensive because of the small road in front of the house. Much to my relief, it's a road used only by about 10 homes and never became any problem at all. The pictures of the home were accurate and I would definitely recomment this place for family and friends. We are planning to make this our annual summer vacation spot in the future. If you like simple quiet comfort, this is a great place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful time and we can't wait to return. We rented a golf cart from Ricks and would highly recommend them to future guests. The house was very clean and well appointed, perfect for our 3 families.

The home was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent! Gated parking and a private pool were big positives for us since we have teen daughters. We felt safe & comfortable the entire 9 days. The only things we missed were a closet, and our pets.

We had an absolute marvelous time. My grandkids thought it was great that we had a house to stay in while on
vacation. Having the kitchen and bedrooms and TV and so close to the beach made them, and us, very happy.
There were a few glitches, but nothing we didn't work around. We really enjoyed staying in the rental. There
were so many things to do within a short walk or drive. I will gladly encourage others to contact you if they

I want to thank you very much for the hospitality of staying in Unit 215 for the winter. It was with some trepidation that I ventured into Galveston on my sons recommendation to stay at the Dawn. I was very pleasantly please at having a complete well stocked until that was very comfortable and met all my needs for a lengthy stay. I am unsure of my plans for the coming winter, but if I should decide to return to Galveston I will surely request #215 again. If not, I will recommend the unit for anyone planning a vacation in the Galveston area.
I made good use of the mail box for this unit, and hope that I did not leave the address for further correspondence. Again thank you for a pleasant place to stay for the winter.

We loved our condo, St. Tropez Beach! It was amazing! The views from the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean were fantastic. The staff at Diamond Beach was wonderful. We spent hours in the lazy river! The only things that were a little disappointing were that the slide wasn't open on the days we were there, and the beach was covered with seaweed. We would definitely recommend Ryson to someone looking to rent. It was an easy process throughout! Thank you for a great vacation! -Karol

We had a fantastic stay with the exception of one thing, the keys and fabs. We would like to stay in the same complex again next year if we can get three sets of keys and fabs. It was very inconvenient for three couples to share two keys. Could not even get in and out of the pool area without the fab. That will be a big deciding factor for us next year. Everything else was wonderful!
